The BATIACTU GROUPE Company is hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer".

1.2. Conditions of participation

Registration fees include access to the exhibition and conferences. From the moment of registration, the total amount of participation is due.

1.3. Organization of the Event

The terms of organization of the Event are determined by the Organizer and may be modified at its initiative.

The Organizer determines in particular the location where the Event will be held, its opening and closing dates and its duration.

1.4. Cancellation or postponement of the Event

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone the holding of the Event or modify its format in the event of force majeure or for any other reason.

In the event of cancellation of the Event, the sums paid by the Participant will be returned after deduction of the expenses incurred by the Organizer for holding the Event.

In the event of postponement of the Event to a later date and/or to a different location, the sums already paid by the Participant are retained by the Organizer for their participation in the postponed Event.
